ACTIMAGE (www.actimage.com) is an IT consulting SME established in France (Paris and Strasbourg), Luxembourg and Germany (Kehl and Stuttgart) since 1995.
ACTIMAGE is composed of around one hundred professionals specialized in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). ACTIMAGE carries out research, conducts audits and provides consulting services in its fields of expertise: software engineering, multimedia creation, infrastructures security, and IT training.
Part of ACTIMAGE’s activities are focused on R&D efforts, mostly dedicated to innovative software and networks solutions, mobility and technological convergence, in the area of smart-homes applications for instance.
In line with our growth strategy and to consolidate our R&D activities, we are looking for an R&D consultant to take charge of European innovative projects.


Position and mission

You will intervene all the way through the R&D processes of the company, from brainstorming phases to on-going project’s deliverables quality review. In this context, your main activities will be:
• Monitoring technological and policy evolutions
• Project opportunities identification on dedicated information channels (TED, Cordis, European portals like EurActiv…)
• Networking activities at European level: identification of partners for cooperation in research programs, promotion of projects among the European authorities…
• Conception of projects and R&D proposal writing in European funding schemes (FP7, CIP, AAL, EUREKA, INTERREG…)
• Fund raising and managing projects’ financial issues (budgets, human resources allocation…)
• Project management in a multilingual/ multicultural context.

You have graduated from College of Europe and know the mechanism of European funds for IT innovative projects
OR
You have an IT diploma and benefit of an experience in the field of European funding
Moreover:
• You speak fluently English and French, another European language is an asset
• You ideally have a proven experience in managing projects at European level
• You enjoy and are used to working in an international context, in the area of ICT and innovation
• You are entrepreneurial, well organized and concise, and have a good ability to develop business
• You are a team player and have very good communication skills.
